Immigration Specialist

Sue Patel is an immigration specialist with more than 20 years of corporate immigration experience. She has supported Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized organizations, and individual clients with PERM labor certifications, nonimmigrant visa filings, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing. Her main expertise, and the work she loves most, is PERM labor certification. Sue began her career at Baker McKenzie and later worked at Vedder Price, where she managed high-volume immigration matters for multinational clients.

Sue served on the Board of the Illinois Paralegal Association for more than a decade and now sits on the AILA Paralegal Advisory Committee. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University. She is a Wisconsin Notary Public and is fluent in Gujarati.
